In room 2 we have been making a pavlova.This is how you bake a pavlova.
Ingredients
3 egg whites
250g of castor sugar
a pinch of salt
1teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Method
1. Beat the egg whites and salt together until they are quite stiff.
2. Fold in the sugar.
3. Add the vinegar and vanilla.
4. Place the mixture on greased paper on a greased oven tray and bake it very slowly for 1to 11/2 hours at 120 degrees centigrade.
5. When it is cold, pile your pavlova with whipped cream and stawberries.
